Workout Schedules

SWIM

We have a Master’s Swim Class on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5:05am at the Sumner County YMCA.

We will begin hosting open water swims (OWS) in the cove on Wednesday and Friday mornings when the water warms up.

BIKE

Too cold or rainy to ride outside?  HEAT members lead the following spin classes at the Sumner County YMCA.  If you are new to spin, arrive a few minutes early and they will be happy to help you set up your bike.

Candy Owens – Mondays 9:30-10:15am; Fridays 9:30-10:15am.

Charlene Alcorn – Mondays 4:30-5:15pm & 5:30-6:15pm; Thursdays 9:15-10:00am.

Oliver Barry – Tuesdays and Thursdays – 5:10-5:55am & 6:00-6:45am

We will host group rides on the weekends.  You can check our Facebook page and TeamApp for more information.

RUN

Come join Oliver Barry & Company’s group run every Wednesday morning at 5:00am from the Sumner County YMCA in Hendersonville.  All levels and paces are welcome for this 3 mile run, rain or shine.

You can also join HEAT members that are part of the Hendersonville Running Club for their group runs. All paces and distances welcome:

Saturday Morning Group Run – 6am, varying locations. For details check out keepup.fit.

Sunday 6@6  Morning Recovery Run – Meet at Cafe 393 on Main (393 E Main St #6b, Hendersonville, TN 37075) at 6am for a 6-mile loop at an easy pace. Breakfast and fellowship at the cafe afterward.

Sunday Track Workout – 4pm at the Hendersonville High School track

Tuesday Speed Work – 6am varying locations

Wednesday RunSum – Meet at 7pm at Fleet Feet in the Streets of Indian Lake for a 5K run followed by snacks and fellowship.  At times, there will be different vendors showcasing their products to try out.  All paces are welcome & lights are a must!
