Join us for our HEAT Annual Team Meeting! Catch up with teammates, hear from a few of speakers on the sport who will discuss nutrition, partner races, club events and more.

Since the December storms postponed our end of year party, we will be providing bar-b-q and sides to enjoy, plus announce our 2023 team award winners.

We will have a few raffle prizes including entry to HEAT’s Old Hickory Lake Triathlon in June, as well as the team gift for members who register for the team.

You do NOT have to be a member of the YMCA to attend. See you there!
